3. Wet the back of the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge or towel.
4. After applying gentle pressure for 30 seconds, gently remove the backing paper.
5. Allow the tattoo to dry.
Allow the tattoo to dry and enhance with makeup and fake blood if required!
