Ice FX Makeup lets you create frozen, icy or slushy effects. It is safe, easy and fast to use and is formulated for Cosmetic Use. The Pro Kit is designed especially for the professional community but is easy for anyone to use. Step-by-step directions are enclosed to create a variety of looks, or you can design your own.
