This heatsink ships with Xeon Silver 4215 processor, however the processor is not included in this sale. The heatsink will work with any Xeon Scalable Gen2 processor. It has a massive copper base and heat pipes that maintain safe processor temperature up to 165 Watt of dissipated power.
