I am 100 and can no longer too that close work ssstuff, I show on the pictures that the meter reads the information when testing that 6146 wp be. aware of that minor problem if you are good enough mechanic to work on it. This is simply notification of a possible repair being required, You look at that copy of the meter and you can see the tube can be read for emission but can not change the voltage on the proper adjustment site
