Sencore TC28 The Hybrider Tube & Transistor Checker Tester w/ Manual

Pre-owned Sencore TC-28 Tube Transistor Checker . “The Hybrider”
Appears to be in working condition but I am no expert. Tested 2 different tubes and they lit up by adjusting filament selector. Did not do any testing beyond that.
All wires appear to be in good condition.
Needle moves but may need to be adjusted as it appears it might be touching the glass.
Includes manual.
Overall, in nice vintage condition.
