Vintage 1950's Precision Apparatus Co. Tube Tester model 10-54

I have this 1950's Precision Apparatus Co. Tube Tester model 10-54  it was plugged in and powers on, I was told that it works but no other testing was done as I don't know how it all works and didn't want to screw anything up on it. The tester itself looks to be real nice and clean, the wood cabinet is complete but has a couple of areas where the veneer has peeled off on it as you can see in the pictures. It does have one original manual and a couple other manuals and tube list plus a wiring schematic. I don't really know much about it and if you have any questions I will do my best to answer them for you. It is being sold as is untested do to scammers that like to remove parts I do not except refunds sorry. I will make sure it is well packaged when I ship it to you bubble wrapped and peanut packaged.
