Vintage Bellingrath Gardens & Home, Large Postcard Map, Theodore Mobile Alabama

Description

This is a vintage large Postcard Map Brochure entitled "Bellingrath Gardens and Home, Charm Spot of the Deep South", from Theodore, Alabama (near Mobile).
The front is a full-color illustrated map and locator legend, for attractions such as:  Rose Garden, Exotica Conservatory, Camellia Parterre, Mermaid Pool, Grotto, Boathouse, Boehm Porcelain Sculptures, Mirror Lake, Bubbling Pool, Great Lawn, Rockery, Holly Garden, Oriental-American Garden, etc.
The back is in post-card format, with a detailed write-up and history (from 1917 through 1950)  on the left side.
There is no copyright date printed on it.  However, the write-up does mention that "a 16 mm color movie of the gardens" is available at no cost for loan to "civic clubs, garden clubs, church groups, etc" and the movies "has sound on the film".  So I'm guessing this postcard is 1950's or 1960's era.
This large full-color postcard measures approximately 7" x 11".
It is in Very Good condition, with no markings, stains, tears, or folds.   However, there is a light wrinkle at the top, which may be visible in the photos, and which I believe will press out if framed.
