Vintage Hickok TV-3/U Tube Tester Navy Military Version Rare

I have a Hickok TV-3/U Tube Tester up for sale. This is the Navy Military Version. It comes with the Unclassified Navy Manual. What is neat is inside the manual it shows when the tube tester was updated with dates and tube chart info updated etc. This stuff made me like it even more. I tested a good amount of tubes with this tester and my other Hickok's that have been calibrated within the last couple years and they were all close. It is not perfect but I think it is in good respectable condition for it's age. The right of the meter does have some fading but you still can use the meter easily. If you want the meter being perfect the paper backing is not hard to change. I just never got to it but I have seen this on Ebay here and there or just have a paper backing printed up. In a way I kind of would just leave it original as that is the way I am with Vintage neat gear like this unless it was absolutely needed in my opinion. I did Deoxit the pots and sockets about a year ago. Please remember this is an older tube tester and even though I did use it and it worked good it may have some tiny quirks or something little that may need attention. I don't think I ran into anything but I am not perfect and didn't test every tube in every tube socket. Selling As-Is being older electronic equipment but guaranteed to be exactly as I described.
