    Description

    This sale is for a vintage Japanese wood inlay puzzle box. It has a landscape image on top of buildings, water, trees, boats and mountains. The bottom has scotty dogs. When you get inside, there is a compartment with a lid that has birds on it. when you pull this lid out, there is a musical noise. The box measures 6 inches long, 4 inches wide and a bit more than 2 1/2 inches high. The lid comes off with no resistance. There are other parts on the sides that slide. It is possible there is another compartment I cannot see, but I did not want to break anything by pushing too hard. The box seems to be complete, but there is wear and age.
