This is a
Vintage
Kalbar TEST-TRONIC Tube Checker
Radio TV Vacuum Tube Quick Filament Tester
Small compact tester does not do emissions or other tests, only tests filaments on tubes, but that is the common failure for most tubes!
Lid is missing from plastic case and there are some small chips along edges of case but overall not bad and does not affect functioning
Nice to have handy and very easy to use, we tried it and it still Works!
here are some easy operating instructions-

Plug tube tester into AC wall outlet with no tube inserted.
Indicator light will be off/ not lit
Plug tube into correct socket on tester.
If indicator light goes on tube filament is good.
If indicator light stays off tube filament is bad / open
