Vintage finds. Set of THREE (3) Boudoir Keepsake Jewelry-Trinket Boxes.
1.) Vintage Silver Plate and enamel accent Keepsake Trinket Box. Top lid shows the Great Buddha at Kamakura and the Great Temple at Nikko, Japan. Heavy metal, weight: 1 pound, 3 ounces. Good- with wear. Enamel shows light chipping on top. Loss of silver plate. No key. Inner fabric lining shows rips and tears. Marked Occupied Japan on base with hallmark. Still a nice piece.
2.) Vintage Silver Plate Keepsake/Trinket Box with Flower in vase (or pot) on lid. Marked: Made in Occupied Japan. Note the "Y" in yacht. ANTIMONY WARE Hallmark on base. Weighs one pound (16 ounces). Condition: Fair at best. Moderate wear and loss of silver plate, especially on top lid. Otherwise in good condition. Lined with what appears to be black veneer wood panels.
3.) Vintage metal heart shaped keepsake box with Victorian theme of couple on lid. Red cloth lining. Marked JAPAN on base. Fair to Good- with surface wear, especially on top surface.
