VTG Levi's Panatela LP Pants 33x31 Corduroy Blue Sportswear Dress Hipster Boho

This is a great pair of vintage pants by Levi's (Panatela Sportswear by Levi's). Please see the measurements below. I believe the material is mostly cotton (corduroy). The color is blue.  There is a significant black stain/mark on one leg. Also some faded lines/areas on the legs. Please see the photos.
When laying flat, the waist measures 16.5 inches.
When flat, the hip area measures 20 inches.
The inseam (crotch to the bottom of the leg) measures 31 inches.
The rise (waist to crotch) is 11.5 inches.
When flat, the opening at the bottom of the leg is 11 inches.
These pants are in nice vintage condition and come from a smoke-free home.
